Job Summary At Lucayan Technology Solutions LLC, we are proactively seeking talented professionals to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a Training Systems Logistics Support Specialist to support U.S. Marine Corps training operations. In this full-time, on-site role you will work closely with System Support Officers (SSO) and Responsible Individuals (RI) to provide logistical coordination, scheduling, and inventory management for Ground Training Systems (GTS) and Virtual Training Systems (VTS). If you are passionate about supporting military readiness and training accountability, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities * Support SSOs and RIs in maintaining property accountability and lifecycle management for all assigned GTS and VTS. * Conduct required quarterly, semi-annual, and annual inventories of training systems and equipment. * Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory control, replacement planning, and sustainment scheduling. * Perform local inspections of live training systems, ranges, and minor training devices (I-TESS, SESAMS, PITS, BFX simulators, virtual systems). * Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accountability and supply processes in alignment with USMC policy. * Support acceptance testing, fielding, and disposal actions as directed by SSOs. * Ensure accurate use and reporting within DPAS, CAR, and related accountability systems. * Provide reports, briefs, and documentation to leadership in support of training system readiness. Required Qualifications * U.S. Citizenship required.
* Drivers License AND good driving history required. * Active or Interim Secret Clearance (must be maintained).
* High School Diploma or GED * At least 2 years of experience in property accountability, logistics, or military supply operations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). * Familiarity with DoD/USMC supply and accountability systems (RFMSS, DPAS, CAR, CMR, etc.). * Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience with Marine Corps RTAM, TECOM, or training support programs. * Knowledge of warehouse management practices and DoD logistics processes. * Experience preparing and maintaining SOPs for accountability and sustainment. * Associate's or Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Work Environment * On-site at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA. * Combination of office, warehouse, and field inspections on live ranges. * May require limited travel to support inventories, audits, or inspections. * Collaborative, military staff environment requiring close coordination with SSOs, RIs, and unit leadership.
