Job description

Your Impact:
As the Director, Logistics Planning - Planning & Coordination, you will lead a team of 13 planning professionals responsible for end-to-end inventory flow planning, coordination, and optimization across all Victoria's Secret sales channels, including Retail, Digital, International, and Marketplaces. You will ensure optimal inventory positioning, flow efficiency, and capacity alignment to support business demand, improve speed to market, and maximize product availability.
In this role, you will serve as a critical connector across Supply Chain, partnering closely with Distribution Centers, Transportation, SCP&A (Intelligence & Applications), Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Store Operations, Finance, Data Science, and 3PL providers to deliver integrated, data-driven logistics plans. You will drive capacity readiness, inventory optimization, and peak-planning strategies while leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness. Through strategic leadership, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making, you will translate business needs into executable logistics strategies that improve network performance and support enterprise growth
Your Experience:
• Progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Planning, Logistics Planning or Distribution, with accountability for end-to-end inventory flow, service performance, and execution across omnichannel distribution networks.
• Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing planning organizations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Extensive experience leading integrated supply chain planning functions, including demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, capacity planning, and demand fulfillment.
• Proven ownership of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes within retail or consumer products, aligning commercial strategies, financial plans, inventory investments, and operational capabilities.
• Strong expertise in developing risk mitigation strategies to effectively manage demand variability, capacity constraints, and peak-volume periods.
• Deep understanding of retail distribution center operations supporting both store replenishment, digital fulfillment, and wholesale fulfillment including inbound operations, receiving, put-away, order management, wave planning, carton pick/pack, and shipping.
• Expertise in inventory and capacity management across complex multi-node distribution and fulfillment networks to maximize product availability while minimizing cost and working capital.
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning and execution technologies, including SAP HANA, Blue Yonder (JDA), Manhattan Distributed Order Management (DOM), and related forecasting, analytics, and warehouse management platforms.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Distribution, Transportation, Merchandise Planning & Allocation, Store Operations, Finance, Technology, Analytics, Data Science, and external logistics partners to deliver integrated business solutions and enterprise objectives.
• Experience developing, monitoring, and improving key supply chain performance metrics, leveraging advanced analytics and actionable insights to drive service improvements, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Demonstrated track record leading supply chain transformation, process redesign, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance speed-to-market, inventory velocity and fulfillment efficiency.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into scalable supply chain strategies and deliver results in a fast-paced, highly complex retail environment.
• Experience managing through periods of rapid growth, organizational change, peak-season demand, and network expansion while maintaining service, inventory, and financial performance objectives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory Planning, or Operations within complex omnichannel retail environments.
  • Proven expertise in inventory flow optimization, capacity planning, forecasting, demand fulfillment, and network performance management.
  • Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and driving organizational capability, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience owning S&OP and S&OE processes and aligning inventory, capacity, service, and financial objectives.
  • Deep understanding of retail and omnichannel distribution, fulfillment, transportation, and inventory management operations.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, including scenario modeling, risk management, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, Finance, Technology, Analytics, and third-party partners.
  • Experience leading transformation initiatives that improve speed-to-market, inventory productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency with SAP and leading supply chain planning, order fulfillment, and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership skills with a track record of delivering measurable business results
