The Logistics CORE OS and Engagement Analyst will play a key role in supporting logistics transformation initiatives through data analysis, process coordination, and continuous improvement efforts. Reporting to the Logistics CORE OS and Engagement Project Manager (M4), this role is intended for a professional with approximately 3-5 years of experience ready to take ownership of defined workstreams and contribute to cross-functional efforts aligned with CORE Operating System (OS) principles. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, collaborative instincts, and a desire to grow as a project and process leader. The Analyst will support the execution of strategic objectives through the development of tools, visualizations, and project support mechanisms that drive data-informed decision making and operational efficiency. What You Will Do: * Lead and manage assigned logistics-focused workstreams that support CORE OS initiatives under the strategic direction of the M4 project manager
* Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and analytics tools to monitor performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
* Support and influence internal stakeholders across functions to drive adoption of CORE OS methods and tools
* Facilitate logistics engagement activities, including training coordination, team communications, and cultural reinforcement
* Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and documentation; track progress and contribute to risk mitigation strategies
* Identify and support process improvement opportunities; contribute to the elimination of waste and inefficiencies
* Drive portions of implementation efforts, including training support and end-user readiness tracking
* Provide regular status updates on owned tasks and collaborate with broader project and data teams
* Serve as a subject matter contributor for assigned tools, data sets, and logistics processes
* Develop expertise in reporting technologies and business systems to enhance team capabilities Qualifications You Must Have: * Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
* Experience in logistics operations, supply chain, project management support, or process improvement
* Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, CORE OS)
* Strong proficiency with development of analytical tools like Power BI, or advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
* Proficiency in Data Visualization Tools; Hands-on experience creating compelling dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, SharePoint, or similar platforms
* U.S. Citizen - the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
