Job description

The Analyst, Global Licensed Operations supports the Licensed Global Operations process end to end for specified products. They will lead monthly supply planning buy cycle activities for the assigned products, including review of net need, execution of purchase orders, follow up on confirmed PO CRDs to support on time delivery, management of CRD change requests, and communication with regional supply planning, vendors, category management and any other involved parties regarding rescheduled deliveries, program deliveries, seasonal deliveries, and any projected shortfall to the supply plan.  This role reports into the Manager, Global Licensed Operations.


·       Manage new season setup in the system, to include but not limited to PIRs & Routings

·       Execute Monthly Global Buys and Seasonal SMS Buys for all regions

·       Owns all necessary INFOR shipment support (OC) and OTP reporting (generation of reports), which includes Weekly Reporting to Partners, Weekly Partner Meeting Logistics Representation and Quarterly Partner Review.

·       Manage the Execution of Quarterly Global Production Report

·       Manage new season setup in the system, to include but not limited to PIRs & Routings

·       Manage Vendor/Factory INFOR Training and Support.

·       Work as one of the Key contacts for Vendors and Factories

·       Ad Hoc reporting and responsibilities to support Licensed Goods Global Supply Planning as required

·       Collaborate with Regional Planning, Logistics and Licensed partners as needed

·       Ensure on time and in full deliveries that support regional demand needs

·       Participate in communications and meetings that add value to the sourcing of global licensed supply

·       Perform system administrative duties for purchase order maintenance
