You will execute warehouse operations in term of service, cost, health andsafety, quality, food defense, sustainability, legal requirements and policies compliance. You will also work collaboratively with key internal and external (third-party logisticsvendors) business partners to ensure effective management, timely solutions and execution. You will also be responsible for activities such as inventory management (iDocmanagement, stock reconciliation), interfaces monitoring, track and trace, claimsmanagement, invoice management, compliance execution (HSE, quality, riskmanagement), tenders support, third-party performance management, palletsmanagement.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Review and analyze stock inaccuracies and guarantee accurate stock alignment betweenSAP and the warehouse management system based on available information amongstakeholders.Analyze and verify capacity utilization, performance and KPI monitoring, andintroduce corrective measures in case of missing KPIs and the need toreduce additional capacity
  • Work with our service providers to ensure the delivery ofour trading partners in terms of punctuality and completeness, taking into accountquality and HACCP guidelines
  • Monitor inbound, outbound, co-packing, warehousing and distribution activities toensure shelf-life monitoring and management, supports reduction of write offs andconstantly looks for opportunities to improve productivities
  • Conduct project-related and ad hoc tasks, in particular in connection with continuous improvement projects andtenders and peak management
  • Build and provide full-cost analysis (yearly budget), risks and opportunities

Salary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $69,300 to $95,315; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
