In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Production Operations, Purchasing, Production Control, and Quality teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality standards for products and processes. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving quality excellence in a manufacturing environment.## **Primary Role and Responsibilities:*** Develop, modify, implement, and maintain quality standards for products and manufacturing processes.* Assess quality performance and cost-of-quality metrics using statistical and analytical methods.* Collect, analyze, and report quality data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.* Design and implement inspection, testing, and evaluation methods to ensure the precision, reliability, and accuracy of products, processes, and production equipment.* Ensure project and process control documentation complies with Production Certificate requirements.* Evaluate nonconforming products and materials, determine root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.* Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and quality management principles.* Develop, coordinate, and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans.* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to achieve quality objectives.* Support audits, regulatory compliance activities, and quality system improvements.**What you need to have:*** **Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or a related technical field.* Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, inspection methods, and quality assurance practices.* Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and root cause analysis methodologies.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.**Preferred*** Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or other relevant quality certifications.* Experience working within aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environments.* Knowledge of quality management software and systems.* Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma methodologies.**Technical*** AS9100 Quality Management Systems* ISO 9001 Standards* FAA Regulatory Requirements, including **14 CFR Part 21*** Statistical Process Control (SPC)* Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Methodologies* Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Practices**Information related to the position:*** The compensation range is $75,000 to $85,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus.* The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.* At Daher, your total rewards package is more than just your base salary as we offer a full benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Life insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and more.**Your next opportunity starts here — here are the next steps:*** Review of your application* An initial conversation with a recruiter* One or more interviews depending on the position, with the relevant team members and manager(s)* After the interviews, constructive feedback regardless of the outcomeAll applicants are considered for all positions without regard to race, religion, color, sex, gender, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, ancestry, physical/mental disability, medical condition, military/veteran status, genetic information, marital status, ethnicity, alienage, or any other protected classification, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
