Your Key Responsibilities Strategic / Tactical – Thailand
  • Lead RFQ processes for warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance to improve efficiency and cost savings.
  • Plan and manage logistics budgets and targets.
  • Improve warehouse operations by analyzing workflow, productivity, space, and equipment layout.
  • Select and recommend suitable providers/partners for management approval.
  • Drive high performance through regular reviews with 3PLs.
  • Prepare SLA/contract documents with Purchasing and coordinate implementation.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and take corrective actions when targets are not met.
  • Own warehousing and transportation processes and work instructions.
Operational – Thailand
  • Ensure logistics operations are well prepared to meet business goals.
  • Review and control SLA and KPI performance with 3PL.
  • Take full responsibility for warehouse processes and inventory.
  • Maintain SOP compliance in outsourced warehouse, transport, and customs operations.
  • Manage SAP delivery dates, export pre-booking, and transit time settings.
  • Drive cost & performance improvements in throughput, quality, complaints, and inventory accuracy.
Projects Thailand / SEA
  • Lead logistics projects in Thailand and SEA to support process improvement, automation, and standardization.
  • 3rd party suppliers for warehouse consumables are evaluated and selected with alignment to defined procedures, internal signature and compliance guidelines.
  • Support compliant supplier selection, scrap process, and vendor nomination.
  • Serve as the main contact for warehouse operations, transport, and AP Hub/HQ logistics communication.
  • Assigned additional duties related to the role.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a technical field.
  • Experience in managing and leading 3rd-party operated logistics operations.
  • Good knowledge of SAP, especially WM/IM modules.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • People leadership experience is required.
  • Good command in English.
