Client:              Heavy Machine Manufacturing Company
Duration:         17 Months
Location:         Thibodaux, LA 70301

Shift:                1st Shift

Role Overview

• Support logistics operations including import/export coordination and documentation
• Analyze supply chain data and ensure smooth movement of materials and goods
• Assist in planning, reporting, and compliance within logistics processes

Responsibilities

• Manage import/export shipments and related documentation
• Support logistics planning and coordination activities
• Collect, analyze, and report supply chain data using Excel
• Communicate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain reports, documentation, and system updates
• Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives

Must Have

• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Planning and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills (internal & external)
• Basic data analysis and reporting ability
