We are expanding our footprint in Northern Utah and searching for a skilled Site Manager to join our experienced team.

Your Role
As a Site Manager, you will oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure every detail of construction meets our uncompromising standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. You will be the eyes and ears of the project on-site-coordinating trades, enforcing schedules, monitoring quality, and proactively solving issues before they become problems. This role is central to delivering a seamless client experience while maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, trade partners, and our internal team.
In this role, you will:
  • Oversee daily site operations from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
  • Enforce site safety standards and compliance with all regulations.
  • Monitor project quality, craftsmanship, and adherence to plans/specs.
  • Maintain the project schedule, ensuring milestones are met.
  • Communicate daily updates with project managers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct quality control checks at key stages of construction.
  • Oversee site logistics, deliveries, and material handling.
