We’re looking for a dependable Operations Manager to oversee hydro and sanitation field operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are consistently met across job sites. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong field presence, and the ability to coordinate teams, equipment, and customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct regular job site visits to oversee hydro and sanitation operations and ensure alignment with safety, quality, and production goals
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, DOT regulations, and safety observation programs
  • Coordinate daily and weekend work schedules in partnership with Division and Branch leadership
  • Communicate with operations, logistics, and training teams to ensure proper staffing, equipment readiness, and job execution
  • Monitor field performance and provide direction to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost control
  • Maintain direct communication with customers to ensure expectations are met and service issues are resolved quickly
  • Oversee equipment performance in the field, including basic troubleshooting and coordination of maintenance needs
  • Support and reinforce housekeeping standards across all job sites and operational areas
  • Lead regular team meetings to review safety observations, quality metrics, and operational performance
  • Complete administrative responsibilities including reporting, safety documentation, and training records
  • Provide updates and field insights to Division and Branch Managers to support operational decision-making
  • Make independent, field-based decisions to address operational challenges and maintain workflow continuity

 

What You’ll Need

  • 5–10 years of experience leading field operations, construction crews, or industrial service teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between job sites as required
  • Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, OSHA standards, and safety compliance within field operations
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse workforce
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, leadership, and customers
  • Ability to work extended and non-traditional hours, including weekends, and perform field duties such as standing or walking for 8–12 hours, lifting 25–50 pounds, climbing on and off equipment, working in outdoor environments, and using required PPE
