About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in a highly automated distribution environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse associates, managing inventory flow, overseeing shipping and receiving activities, and ensuring the efficient operation of warehouse management and automated storage systems.
The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience, strong technical aptitude, experience working with warehouse systems and automation technologies, and the ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment. Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS) is highly preferred.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and supervise nightly warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and accurate execution of all activities.
  • Manage a team of warehouse associates and support personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee receiving, inventory control, storage, picking, packing, and shipping functions.
  • Monitor and support the performance of warehouse systems, including ASRS and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and escalate equipment or system concerns as needed.
  • Coordinate daily workflow and staffing priorities to meet productivity and service goals.
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
  • Analyze operational data and system reports to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving escalated operational issues during the shift.
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, transportation, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 5 years of warehouse, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory, lead, or people management experience.
  • Experience working in a high-volume warehouse or distribution center environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn and manage warehouse operating systems.
  • Experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), inventory management systems, or related technologies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a night shift schedule.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS).
  • Experience managing or supporting automated warehouse operations.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational reporting.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse automation, and material flow processes.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $66,100.00 - $105,800.00 per year.
The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
