What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee daily operations of the Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) plants to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage and develop plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet customer demands and optimize delivery schedules.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

What Are We Looking For

  • Daily operation of a ready-mix batch plant ensuring efficient production and delivery of high-quality concrete while adhering to safety protocol
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency and team development.
  • Collaborative leadership style that builds trust, develops talent and strengthens engagement.
  • Prior experience with plant and equipment operations along with preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement and operational discipline.
  • Strong business and operational acumen (i.e., CAPEX, P&L) with the capability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Planning and budgeting, effective and efficient operations management, equipment utilization, safety and environmental compliance as well as personnel management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of skills, knowledge and capability.

Work Environment
This role operates in a combination of plant, field, and office environments. The position may require extended hours, early mornings, or weekends based on operational needs. Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, moving equipment, and a production setting is expected.
