We are currently searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and style-conscious Wholesale Account Operations Agent to join our team. This entry-level role is the ultimate launchpad into the world of B2B operations. You will be the vital link between the brand, our incredible sales representatives, and premium retail partners across the globe. This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Account & Order Management
  • The Showroom Gatekeeper: Manage the digital product flow by verifying order imports between our wholesale platform and ERP system.
  • Account Curation: Process basic account information updates and approve product swaps for open territories to keep retail shelves fresh and curated.
  • New Account Onboarding: Review and approve initial orders for exciting new retail partners joining the KREWE family.

Post-Purchase & Product Care Excellence
  • Warranty Concierge: Review, approve, and execute warranty requests, ensuring our customers always receive the premium service they expect from a luxury brand.
  • Spares & Customization: Seamlessly process specialized lens and part orders for our boutique accounts.
  • Second Chances: Coordinate the Second Chances program communication, smoothly passing off specialized customer communication from accounts to our E-commerce Customer Service team.

Global Logistics & Operations Support
  • Warehouse Liaison: Act as the direct line to our fulfillment center, checking order statuses and resolving mispicks, mis-ships, or damaged arrivals swiftly.
  • International Logistics Support: Own the northern front by managing Canadian operations-including RMA creation, shipping labels, invoicing, and carrier troubleshooting.
  • VIP Shipping: Facilitate general shipping inquiries and rush priority shipment requests for high-profile accounts and trunk shows.

Visual Merchandising & Digital Assets
  • Visual Asset Coordination: Capture and catalogue images for point-of-purchase (POP) materials and store displays.
  • Digital Merchandising: Upload and maintain display and POP options within NuOrder so sales reps have the tools to make KREWE stand out in-store.
  • Tech Trouble-Shooter: Act as the first line of defense by identifying and flagging minor software hiccups in NuOrder or NetSuite to our IT team.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, fashion internships, or a fast-paced customer-facing environment. We love to train high-potential talent.
  • Fashion-Forward Mindset: A genuine passion for fashion, luxury goods, and premium accessories.
  • Detail Obsessed: You notice the little things. Managing order sheets and tracking shipments feels like a fun puzzle to you.
  • Tech-Fluent: Comfortable picking up new software quickly. Previous exposure to ERP software and order management systems is plus, but not required.
  • Communication Star: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to stay calm, professional, and empathetic.
