We're looking for an operational systems leader who enjoys creating structure, implementing repeatable processes, and building scalable operations that support commercialization.


What You'll Do

· Lead 6S and operational excellence across laboratories.

· Build and improve SOPs, checklists, and standardized processes.

· Support facilities, safety, inventory, procurement, and laboratory readiness.

· Coordinate domestic and international shipping and receiving.

· Generate COAs and shipping documentation.

· Own the Zero-Error Shipping Process and final shipment verification.

· Partner across Engineering, Product Development, EHS, Manufacturing, and Finance to reduce operational friction and improve execution.

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For

· 5+ years in laboratory operations, logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, or operational excellence.

· Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and process improvement.

· Experience creating systems—not just maintaining them.

· Background in advanced manufacturing, batteries, semiconductors, medical devices, scientific instrumentation, or related industries is highly desirable.

· Lean/5S/6S and hazardous materials shipping experience are a plus.
