How you create impact

The DistributionCenter Manager is responsible for providing customer service excellence through the execution of distribution center processes that support efficient, safe, and high-quality operations.

  • Lead and participate in customer negotiations and relationship management.

  • Participate in new business implementations, bids, tenders, and RFPs.

  • Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.

  • Review forecasts and drive operational improvements.

  • Lead and develop direct reports and support succession planning.

  • Collaborate with senior management to optimize logistics operations.

  • Promote a culture of safety and regulatory compliance.

  • Plan labor requirements and space utilization.

  • Drive QSHE implementation and ensure Health Canada and client compliance requirements are met.

What we would like you to bring
  • 7+ years of experience working in a Contract Logistics, 3PL, Distribution Centre, or Warehouse environment
  • 7+ years of warehouse leadership and inventory management experience including P/L management
  • Experience working in a Unionized distirbution center/warehouse environment with an understanding of collective bargaining agreements
  • Must have a continuous improvement mindset

The target base salary range for this position is between $107,000.00 and $134,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
