Google Cloud Logistics North America and South America (NASA) Operations team is focused on operating our logistics and supply chain in support of our internal and external customers with the goal of delivering on-time, in full and utilizing efficient practices and waste reduction methodologies.

In this role, you will be the leader of how Google optimizes daily logistics processes while incorporating current industry standards and best practices. You will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement recommendations, managing the implementation of changes within operations, standardizing user documentation, creating processes that motivate action, and interacting with all partner teams. You will initiate and oversee operational improvement efforts for NASA Google Cloud Logistics, analyze operational impacts to inform improvements, work with key stakeholders, motivate innovation within the operational teams, and create presentations or documents for the leadership team highlighting operational performance and improvements. This work will interact with both data center operations and warehouse operations as well.
