YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As an Operations Associate, based in our Brookfield & Meatpacking boutique, you will bring your unique strengths to the Retail team, helping us streamline store operations and maintain best-in-class back-of-house processes that support the client experience. You'll work closely with the General Manager and store team to ensure smooth merchandise flow, strong operational execution, and alignment to company standards.
HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE

  • Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including merchandise transfers between stores and ecommerce.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily logistics and replenishments to maximize stock availability and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning stockroom environment.
  • Support the sales floor as needed, including POS operations, client service, and CRM tasks.
  • Reconcile daily cash/deposits and credit card terminals.
  • Manage alterations process and communication with tailors.
  • Own inventory of store supplies, including placing and tracking orders for packaging and materials.
  • Process vendor invoices in partnership with store management.
  • Support additional projects and administrative tasks as needed.
