This is an excellent entry point for someone who wants to learn a high-performing business from the inside. You will work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to a blue-chip client roster, and build foundational skills in client operations, CRM management, and strategic execution.
Why Gravity Research?
Gravity Research is a leading corporate reputation intelligence and advisory firm. We help the world's most recognized companies understand, monitor, and navigate reputational risk. This role offers a meaningful entry point into that work, with real responsibility from day one and direct exposure to senior advisors and clients.
What You'll Do
Leveraging AI to Improve Revenue Operations
  • Maintain a proactive learning posture toward emerging generative AI tools and revenue technologies. Translate new AI features and platform updates into actionable, team-ready practices.
  • Implement productivity-enhancing AI, exploring and implementing workflows to automate routine data entry, meeting summarization, and task tracking

Proposal & Revenue Support
  • Support the SVP in developing client-facing proposals, including drafting proposal language and tailoring supporting materials to individual client needs
  • Coordinate across internal teams to gather research, pricing, and scope inputs needed to bring proposals to completion
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of proposal activity, account details, and opportunity status in ChurnZero, ensuring the SVP has a clear and current view of the pipeline at all times
  • Help move clients through the revenue cycle by tracking follow-up touchpoints, flagging stalled opportunities, and supporting the preparation of materials for renewal and expansion conversations
  • Assist in developing and maintaining a library of reusable proposal templates and collateral that the broader revenue team can draw from

Revenue Operations
  • Support the day-to-day administration of ChurnZero, Gravity Research's client engagement platform, including setting up new infrastructure to support our revenue team's Chief of Staff in revenue forecasting and tracking client health
  • Monitor client engagement data within ChurnZero and flag activity trends to the SVP and CRO
  • Learn and stay current on ChurnZero's evolving product capabilities, particularly new AI features, and surface relevant updates to the team
  • No ChurnZero experience is necessary, however, candidates should exhibit an aptitude and interest in learning about business systems.

Strategic Executive & Scheduling Support
  • Manage the SVP's calendar with a high degree of judgment and attention to client relationship dynamics, including scheduling client meetings, internal check-ins, and follow-up touchpoints across a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts
  • Coordinate client meeting logistics, including preparing agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through
  • Assist the SVP in executing strategic initiatives, translating direction into organized workplans and follow-up structures
  • Support the development of internal materials, briefings, and client-facing collateral as needed
  • Help manage cross-functional coordination on projects, keeping timelines on track and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client services, operations, consulting, or professional services environment; internship experience counts
  • Earned Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail; you are someone who closes loops without being asked
  • Fluency with AI-powered tools and technologies to improve productivity and workflows, coupled with a strong interest in staying current on emerging innovations relevant to revenue and client-facing teams
  • Strong written communication; Gravity Research is a writing-forward organization and this role requires clear, polished output
  • Comfort learning new software platforms quickly; prior experience with CRM tools is a plus but not required
  • A proactive, low-ego orientation; this role requires close partnership with a senior leader and a collaborative team

$55,000 - $60,000 a year
Application Deadline: July 3, 2026
Employment Type: Full-time
Start Date: Available immediately
Location: This job is based in Washington, DC. Gravity Research operates on a hybrid schedule, with employees required to be in the office every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
About Us
Across Gravity Research, generally, the firm looks for three "pillar gifts" in you, and everyone else. In all of us, these are more aspirational than actual, but they are central in our intentions -
Force of Ideas: At the center of Gravity Research's work are the ideas within our work. We believe that ideas-the good and not-have consequences. Our ultimate objective is to bring rigor, insight, and intellectual honesty to the goal of separating the bad from the good, and giving voice, argument, and flight to maintaining the latter.
Spirit of Generosity: Gravity Research seeks in its ranks a spirit of generosity: a natural disposition in each colleague toward service and selfless conduct. Our writing should be cut from the same cloth-critical on the merits, but informed by charity and forbearance in measuring motive and personal character.
Radical Responsibility: We give our people a lot of responsibility early on, and our top performers embrace it. We believe in holding ourselves and our colleagues accountable, taking ownership over big things, striving for excellence, and celebrating success.
