WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN AT GENERAL MILLS?

WHAT WILL I DO?
As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) Intern, you will experience a robust 10-week internship at one of our US manufacturing plant locations with hopes that you'll roll into our full-time SCLA program upon graduation. During your internship you will:
  • Lead complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards

  • Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations

  • Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies

WHERE WILL I WORK?
You will be placed at one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide.
IS THIS YOU?
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree

  • Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong academic record

  • Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives
