Job description

Warehouse Associate

Join a fast-growing industry and play a key role in powering the future with clean energy. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring materials are accurately picked, organized, and delivered to support residential solar installations. This position offers the opportunity to grow your skills in logistics, inventory management, and distribution while contributing to a company dedicated to sustainability.

What You'll Do

  • Load and unload company vehicles with care and efficiency.
  • Pick and prepare solar materials for residential installation projects.
  • Maintain accurate inventory through bar code tracking, cycle counting, and data entry.
  • Safely transport materials to job sites when needed.
  • Support overall warehouse operations to keep projects running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience (solar, electrical, or construction materials experience a strong plus).
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 70 lbs.
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems and performing data entry.
  • A valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle Report.
  • Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
