Summary
 
The Logistics Associate III supports product shipping and distribution operations to ensure the efficient and accurate movement of materials. This role works closely with management and team members on logistics systems, implements operational initiatives, and assists in coordinating daily logistics activities.
 
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate product shipping and distribution activities.
  • Assist management with purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and customer service functions.
  • Process orders and prepare packing lists for outgoing shipments.
  • Package outgoing materials and coordinate shipping logistics.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of incoming and outgoing orders.
  • Track shipment details, locations, and estimated times of arrival.
  • Assist in supporting daily logistics operations.
  • Ensure freight is processed efficiently to maximize product service levels.
Required Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of experience in logistics, shipping, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience with order processing, shipping documentation, and packaging procedures.
  • Experience working with logistics or supply chain management systems.
  • Exposure to purchasing, warehousing, or distribution operations.
  • Experience working in regulated or manufacturing environments.
  • Ability to track shipments and maintain logistics records.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in logistics processes.
