Account Manager – Client Services & Logistics


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Starting Pay: $20.00+ per hour, based on experience

Join Our Team

A well-established warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company is seeking a computer-savvy, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the day-to-day point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients.

This is a client service and operations position—not a sales role. You will focus on supporting current clients, processing orders, maintaining accurate information, and coordinating with internal operations teams. There is no cold calling or new-business prospecting.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in client services, logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations is highly desirable; however, training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple client accounts
  • Respond to client questions and provide timely updates
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in internal systems
  • Process customer orders and generate shipping labels
  • Answer incoming calls and assist with general customer service needs
  • Coordinate product returns and resolve order-related issues
  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to meet client expectations
  • Perform general office and administrative duties
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on outstanding requests
  • Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Candidates must have one of the following:

  • An associate or bachelor’s degree
  • A technical school certificate in business, computer science, IT, or a related field
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, account management, or client service is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required
  • Strong general computer skills and the ability to learn new software
  • Experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is helpful but not required
  • Accurate data-entry and keyboarding skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to prioritize responsibilities
  • Positive, professional, and solutions-oriented attitude
