International Logistics Compliance Manager
Pay: $100,000 - $120,000/yr
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Job Summary
The International Logistics Manager will lead global fulfillment and logistics operations across multiple regions and distribution locations. This role will oversee end-to-end order fulfillment, international transportation, customs, FTZs, 3PL partnerships, and logistics process improvements while ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and exceptional customer delivery performance.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end international fulfillment operations from supplier order release through shipment and customer delivery.
  • Coordinate international transportation, freight forwarders, customs brokers, 3PL providers, FTZs, warehouses, and distribution centers.
  • Establish and manage logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, freight costs, customs clearance time, and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Identify and resolve shipment delays, customs issues, transportation disruptions, and other supply chain risks.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export, customs, trade, and company requirements.
  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing and Procurement to optimize supplier-to-customer logistics, including drop shipments.
  • Support ERP implementation, maintain accurate transactions in Epicor Kinetic, and drive scalable process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in international logistics, fulfillment, supply chain, or distribution.
  • Proven experience managing international freight, customs, import/export, FTZs, and 3PL operations.
  • Strong understanding of global transportation, distribution, and international trade requirements.
  • Experience with ERP systems; Epicor Kinetic experience is a plus.
  • Aerospace or complex industrial manufacturing experience in a high-mix, low-volume environment is required.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
