Job Summary
The Logistics Manager is responsible for all material receiving, storage, tracking, staging, and distribution activities on a Loenbro Mission Critical project site. This role is the single point of accountability for ensuring that the right materials and tools are at the right location, in the right condition, at the right time - directly enabling field productivity and schedule adherence.
Essential Job Responsibilities (2-6 bullets MAX)
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all vendor deliveries, freight carriers, and material suppliers
  • Coordinate all vendor delivery schedules with the GC, owner, and PM team - confirm access windows, gate procedures, and unloading requirements in advance
  • Confirm delivery ETAs 48 hours and 24 hours in advance for all critical shipments; communicate confirmed windows to the PM team and field supervision
  • Coordinate prefabrication (prefab) deliveries directly with the fabrication shop and PM team - confirm delivery date, packaging requirements, labeling, and staging location before dispatch
  • Ensure prefab assemblies are delivered with complete documentation: shop drawings, material certifications, and inspection sign-offs
  • Escalate vendor or prefab delivery delays to the PM and Superintendent immediately - never absorb a delay silently; communicate revised ETAs in writing
  • Manage return shipments: coordinate pickups, prepare documentation, and track confirmation of receipt by the vendor

Minimum Qualifications
Required:
  • 3-5 years of logistic management experience
