POSITION OVERVIEW As a Plant Warehouse Logistics Manager, you'll lead inventory and warehouse logistics operations that directly impact plant performance. This role sits at the intersection of operations and finance, ensuring the efficient flow of goods, strong inventory controls, and continuous improvement across warehouse processes. You'll partner cross-functionally as part of a team dedicated to delivering accuracy, strengthening accountability, and achieving operational excellence. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Oversee inventory operations to ensure accurate tracking, reconciliation, and reporting across the plant. Lead and develop Inventory Controllers, providing coaching, feedback, and performance support. Review daily inventory activity and resolve discrepancies, including investigating variances and driving corrective actions. Partner with transportation and warehouse teams to support outbound manifest accuracy and operational efficiency. Support inventory reporting including identifying and addressing discrepancies and supporting period-end processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing best practices across warehouse and inventory operations. Participate in and lead cross-functional meetings, including inventory reviews, quality holds, and operational updates. Support root cause analysis efforts to identify and resolve operational and inventory issues. Create and maintain the daily outbound shipment schedule for shipping operations. Select carriers within the TM system to ensure compliance requirements are met. Monitor the carrier pool to confirm equipment availability, coordinating with a third party team. Support damage validations and troubleshooting to root cause. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environment. Experience with inventory operations and warehouse processes. Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, and warehouse systems. Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Experience with vendor management. WORK ENVIRONMENT Combination of office and warehouse environment. Regular interaction with inventory systems and warehouse operations. Physical activity may include walking, lifting, and conducting inventory counts. Exposure to warehouse conditions including noise, temperature changes, and required PPE when on the plant floor. Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration. WORK SCHEDULE Primarily standard business hours with flexibility required to support audits, reporting cycles, and operational needs.
