Cambrae Business Strategies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Logistics Management Analyst to support the Washington Army National Guard (WAARNG) at Camp Murray, WA.


This full-time position will provide logistics management support focused on GCSS-Army reconciliation, e-FLIPL processing, property accountability, Force Modernization/equipping activities, and technical assistance to unit-level supply operations throughout Washington State.


This position is contingent upon contract award.


Program Context

The Logistics Management Analyst will support WAARNG logistics operations and unit-level supply activities. The position requires hands-on Army logistics experience, strong working knowledge of GCSS-Army, and the ability to provide technical assistance to supply personnel at locations throughout Washington State.


This is a non-personal-services contractor position. The employee will report to Cambrae's Contract Manager and will not be directly supervised by Government personnel or perform inherently governmental functions.


Key Responsibilities

GCSS-Army & Property Accountability

  • Perform GCSS-Army reconciliation activities and assist with resolution of supply and property-accountability discrepancies. 
  • Process and support e-FLIPL (electronic Financial Liability Investigation of Property Loss) packages and related property-accountability documentation. 
  • Provide technical guidance related to GCSS-Army transactions, property records, supply procedures, and accountability requirements. 
  • Support Army and Army National Guard unit-level supply operations and help resolve logistics and property-management issues. 

Technical Assistance & Force Modernization Support

  • Conduct recurring technical-assistance visits to WAARNG organizations throughout Washington State. 
  • Support Force Modernization, equipping, and related logistics activities. 
  • Assist with planning and onsite support for training, logistics, and Force Modernization events. 
  • Coordinate with WAARNG personnel and stakeholders to address logistics issues and support mission requirements. 
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, status information, and other logistics-related products associated with assigned activities. 
Required Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of hands-on GCSS-Army and Force Modernization/equipping experience. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency performing GCSS-Army reconciliations. 
  • Experience preparing or processing e-FLIPL and property-accountability documentation. 
  • Working knowledge of Army or Army National Guard unit-level supply operations. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience. 
  • Active SECRET security clearance or documented immediate eligibility. 
  • Must be based in, or able to relocate to, the Tacoma/Lakewood area or within reasonable commuting distance of Camp Murray, WA. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently throughout Washington State. 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience directly supporting the Army National Guard. 
  • Experience providing technical assistance or training to unit-level supply personnel. 
  • Experience supporting Force Modernization, equipping, or major Army training events. 
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
Work Location & Travel
  • Primary duty location: Camp Murray, WA (Tacoma/Lakewood area). 
  • This is a full-time position and is not remote. 
  • Frequent travel throughout Washington State is required. 
  • Periodic extended travel may be required in support of training, Force Modernization, or other mission requirements. 
  • Authorized contract travel will be reimbursed separately in accordance with applicable contract requirements.
