Job description

LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); Program Management; and Security & Intelligence solutions. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines
We are seeking full-time janitors to provide cleaning services for our government customer in Pine Bluff, Ar. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, reliable, a team player and possess a great attitude.
Applicants must be US citizens and pass a background check conducted by the Federal Government. Have a minimum of two years of cleaning experience, including six months of floor buffing experience, preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities: Buffing floors; performing cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning the lobby area, hallways, and bathrooms. Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refilling all paper products, and cleaning kitchen/break areas. Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.
