DarkHorse Express Solutions Inc. is seeking an energetic, dependable Logistics Supervisor to drive daily floor operations and champion excellence across our client's warehouse. In this pivotal support role, you will partner closely with the Warehouse Supervisors to mentor staff, optimize inventory flow, and guarantee flawless, on-time order execution.

Core Responsibilities
  • Floor Leadership: Direct day-to-day warehouse workflows while coaching, motivating, and supporting team members.

  • Fulfillment Excellence: Oversee precise pick, pack, and ship processes to hit crucial delivery targets.

  • Inventory Control: Monitor stock accuracy, maintain meticulous records, and streamline product organization.

  • Logistics Execution: Hands-on collaboration with inbound receiving, outbound shipping, and material handling.

  • Onboarding & Training: Accelerate the integration of new hires through structured, effective training protocols.

  • Workflow Optimization: Anticipate and resolve operational bottlenecks swiftly to maintain peak productivity.

Candidate Profile & Requirements
