Role Summary
The Administrative Team Member provides operational and organizational support that allows Forward City Church to function with excellence and clarity. This role helps coordinate logistics, manage systems, and support leaders and ministries through administrative excellence.
Administrative team members play a vital role in ensuring that the behind-the-scenes operations of the church run smoothly, enabling ministry leaders to focus on serving people and advancing the mission of the church.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to ministry leaders and departments.
  • Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics.
  • Manage documentation, communication, and administrative workflows.

2. Systems & Operations
  • Support internal systems, databases, and organizational tools used by the church.
  • Help maintain organized records, processes, and administrative systems.
  • Assist with financial or operational administrative tasks as assigned.

3. Event & Ministry Coordination
  • Support planning and logistical coordination for church events and gatherings.
  • Assist ministry teams with organizational and administrative needs.
  • Help ensure clear communication and follow-through across departments.
