Job description

Position title: Logistics Management Specialist (Senior)

Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina

Clearance required: SECRET

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead integrated logistics across supply, maintenance, transportation, and distribution.
  • Build and maintain logistics plans, SOPs, and readiness reports leadership relies on.
  • Coordinate support across multiple units and advise the customer on resourcing and process improvements.
  • Analyze equipment readiness and supply posture, flag shortfalls and drive fixes.
  • Support deployments, redeployments, and field exercises.
  • 8+ years of hands-on logistics management experience (military logistics background strongly valued).
  • Proficiency with GCSS-MC and standard readiness reporting tools.
  • Active Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior USMC/SOF garrison logistics experience; Lean Six Sigma or related certification.
