POSITION: Logistics Coordinator REPORTS TO: Logistics Manager

OPPORTUNITIES

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who can support the day-to-day flow of goods, scheduling shipments, tracking orders, coordinating with carriers and warehouse teams, and resolving issues before they become delays. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

THINGS YOU WILL DO...

  • Schedule and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers
  • Track shipments in transit and proactively communicate delays, exceptions, or changes to stakeholders
  • Prepare and review shipping documentation
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on load scheduling, dock appointments, etc.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts within the Logistics team
  • Resolve shipping discrepancies, damages, and claims with carriers and customers
  • Other duties as assigned

  • You are willing to work flexible shifts to cover for vacations, sick days or leave if required
  • You are willing to work occasional extra hours to address time-sensitive matters
