You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the successful execution of high-stakes commercial, industrial, and federal concrete projects. This role gives you the autonomy to manage field logistics and build a high-performing operations crew centered on shared organizational values. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Manage day-to-day concrete field operations to ensure all project activities align with precise specifications and aggressive timelines.

  • Strong leadership capabilities with a documented track record of supervising, training, and motivating diverse field crews.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of working hours to various regional project assignments.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 2 years of direct experience specifically in a foreman, supervisor, or construction crew leader capacity.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting structural blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications.
