Job Summary
The Operations/Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing operations within an assigned region in support of government programs. This role serves as a key point of contact for government representatives, ensuring contract requirements are met and operations are executed efficiently. The position supports program leadership and maintains continuity of operations when needed.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional operations to ensure alignment with contract requirements and performance objectives
  • Serve as a primary liaison with government stakeholders for operational coordination
  • Supervise personnel, assign work, and manage day-to-day activities across locations
  • Monitor workloads, staffing, and resource utilization to support mission requirements
  • Review operational data and provide reports to support decision-making and program execution
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and applicable regulations
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions or process improvements
  • Support planning, scheduling, and execution of operational activities
  • Promote a safe, secure, and efficient work environment
  • Perform additional duties as required to support program objectives

Qualifications
  • Degree in business, operations, logistics, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting government contracts, operations, or program delivery
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured, compliance-driven environment
  • Proficiency with standard business systems and tools
