Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Associate I to join our team in Beloit, WI. As a Logistics Associate I, you'll help deliver the products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You'll play a key role in supporting shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations. You'll ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Pick customer orders using a scanner or tablet and stack them onto pallets
  • Stage and label completed orders accurately for shipment
  • Operate material handling equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and propane lifts
  • Verify product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality against packing lists and SAP records
  • Inspect packaging and contents for damage or quality issues
  • Coordinate with customer service, production, and packaging teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment
  • Assemble shipping boxes, prepare labels, and manage packaging induction
  • Load trailers with packed boxes and pallets for outbound shipments
  • Identify and report quantity discrepancies to the Supervisor or Lead
  • Maintain a clean and organized picking area using 5S principles
  • Support inventory control by updating databases and participating in cycle counts
  • Ensure the freight sorting area is organized and follows established stocking guidelines
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support logistics and warehouse operations

Position Details:
  • Location: Beloit, WI.
  • Work Week & Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3pm with overtime when required
  • Required Dress Code/PPE: This position requires wearing long sleeve shirts, long pants, safety vest, safety glasses, safety shoes, and cut resistant gloves

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous plant or warehouse experience
  • Previous forklift operating experience
  • Experience using Raymond-Brand stand-up forklifts
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements of Position:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The pay range for this position is $19.77 - $29.66. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
