You will partner with the General Manager to lead facility operations, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the safe, efficient movement of merchandise to support Walmart stores, customers, and members.
This role requires a strategic and people-focused leader who can deliver results, champion continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety, accountability, and inclusion. What You'll Do
