Juiced Fuel Nebraska & Iowa is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and grow our Omaha operation while helping position the company for continued expansion throughout the region.

This is more than a traditional management position. We're looking for someone who enjoys building processes, developing people, growing customer relationships, and creating operational excellence. As our Omaha market continues to expand, this role will play a key part in preparing the business for future growth into Iowa and surrounding markets.

What You'll Do

Operations Leadership

  • Lead daily operations for our Omaha mobile fuel delivery business
  • Oversee scheduling, routing, fleet operations, safety, and service quality
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, safety, and operational standards
  • Manage company vehicles, equipment, and fuel inventory
  • Continuously improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop drivers and support staff
  • Foster a culture centered on safety, accountability, and exceptional customer service
  • Provide leadership that supports employee growth and retention

Business Development

  • Develop relationships with commercial fleets, contractors, municipalities, and local businesses
  • Identify opportunities to expand recurring fuel delivery services
  • Support customer retention through responsive service and relationship management
  • Work alongside ownership to execute local growth initiatives

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor operational performance and key business metrics
