What is a logistics driver manager?

Logistics Driver Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of drivers within a logistics or transportation company. Logistics Driver Managers often encounter challenges such as last-minute delivery changes, driver absences, and unexpected traffic or weather conditions that disrupt planned routes. Balancing driver workloads while ensuring compliance with legal hours-of-service regulations is also a key concern.
