Description
URM Stores is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team!
As our Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Logistics and Customer Service operations while delivering an exceptional experience to our customers and Member-Owners. This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and can confidently manage priorities with minimal supervision.
You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to continuous process improvement, identifying innovative solutions that enhance the customer experience, streamline operations, and strengthen overall supply chain performance. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence will help ensure flawless execution and achievement of key Supply Chain metrics.
Schedule for this position : Starting/Training will be Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
After Training (6 months+) Sunday through Thursday 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.
Some flexibility may be needed.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Manage network applications and systems that support our Customers/Member-Owners, Transportation, and Warehouse Departments.
  • Process orders and requests from customers, sales representatives, the Purchasing Department, and Merchandisers.
  • Review and process customer credit requests in accordance with established Credit Policy.
  • Prioritize multiple demands, manage open tasks, and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
  • Provide backup support for Fresh Meat weekly ads, sales programs, and pricing across multiple advertising groups.
  • Monitor inventory levels for Fresh Meat pre-order items on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Track Fresh Meat inbound deliveries daily to help maintain and improve customer service levels.
  • Serve as a key liaison between store personnel and URM departments, helping facilitate communication and resolve issues.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned.

  • Strong knowledge of logistics and ordering systems preferred.

  • Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or Warehousing is a plus.
  • The ability to confidently navigate computerized systems for tracking, gathering information, troubleshooting, and managing orders.
  • Working knowledge of the organization, products, and services, or the ability to quickly learn and apply that knowledge.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage others to successfully accomplish projects and goals.
