Description& Responsibilities
The Logistics Auditorleads a team of Logistics Coordinators in packing, crating and shipping UAMinventory, worldwide. The SLC also:
Audits customer agreements for completeness before alogistics plan is initiated
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, FAA, AFRA, & ASAguidelines and certifications, as applicable
  • Accountable for the safety and accuracy of all UAM shipments and receivables through audits, and visual inspection, when needed
  • Maintain spreadsheets of receiving and shipping statistics
  • Ensure through audit the packing of unit(s) for shipment and verify all necessary paperwork is included with each shipment
  • Ensure Quarantine and Verona receiving logs are kept current
  • Report shipping/receiving defects to warehouse management
  • Maintains the existing logistics process and makes incremental improvements that increase efficiency
  • Monitors and achieves logistics metrics set by warehouse management
  • Lives and breathes UAM's Quality Control Manual and enforces all related policies and procedures
  • Abide by the posted AOG (Aircraft-On-Ground) schedule, and maintain availability during AOG period
  • Performs other duties as assigned

• Previous people leadership - either directly orin functional groups
• Overall strong leadership qualities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Have the ability to analyze data, search forerrors and autonomously work towards solutions
• Work well against critical deadlines with theability to multi-task
• Have good computer skills, especially theMicrosoft Office Suite, with attention to detail
• Be goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to workwell both independently and as part of a team
• Warehouse & Inventory experience is a plus
• Aviation experience desired
