Job description

Logistics Management Specialist
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is required
Location: Huntsville, AL
The contractor shall manage and analyze equipping guidance and serve as a liaison with Army Commands (ACOM), Army Service Component Commands (ASCC), and Direct Reporting Unit (DRU) Commands. This coordination supports the synchronization and implementation of equipping and modernization concepts at both the operational and strategic levels. The contractor shall also be responsible for developing reports and briefings and presenting findings to senior leadership. Additionally, the contractor will operate and manage logistics systems and analytical tools, including GCSS-Army and the Decision Support Tool (DST).
Required Skills and Tools:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables.
  • Experience with SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Experience & Education:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working at the brigade level or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting ACOM/ASCC-level operations.
