Key Responsibilities

  • Manage probate and trust administration files, including drafting and filing pleadings and court documents, inventories, notices, accountings, and related correspondence.
  • Support fiduciary litigation, including drafting/formatting pleadings, assisting with discovery, deposition preparation, and hearing/trial binders.
  • Coordinate e-filing and service; track and calendar deadlines, hearings, and case milestones.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and vendors; coordinate scheduling and logistics.
  • Assist with exhibits, cite-checking, and document production; maintain confidentiality and privilege protocols.
  • Support administration workflows, including asset marshaling, beneficiary communications, and distribution tracking.

Qualifications

  • Three to five years of paralegal experience.
  • Support administration workflows, including asset marshaling, beneficiary communications, and distribution tracking.
  • Proficiency with e-filing systems and applicable court rules/procedures.
  • Strong document management skills; proficiency with Microsoft 365 and PDF tools.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
