UCT is looking for a talented Sr. Logistics Analyst to join us in Austin, TX!

The Sr. Logistics Analyst ensures accurate and efficient management of stock transfer processes during the transition to SAP. This role audits open Stock Transfer Orders, executes manual tasks previously automated, and manages Segregation of Duties compliance. It also approves purchase requisitions for resell orders and supports workload balancing across the team. By maintaining process integrity and timely execution, the Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in sustaining operational continuity and compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Auditing: Conduct daily audits of open STOs to address changes made by sales, including decreased quantities in Customer Purchase Orders (CPOs), push-out dates, cancellations, and changes in average usages.
  • Manual Processes: Perform manual work in processes that were previously automated, such as STR to STO conversions, various allocation methods, and cancellation of allocations.
  • SOD Management: Manage SOD conflicts to ensure compliance, recognizing that not all team members will be able to perform all tasks as previously done.
  • PR Approvals: Approve PRs for resell orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Workload Management: Assist in managing increased workload on the team due to SOD restrictions, as the team leader will not be able to participate in daily tasks.
