Job Description

1. Based on business needs, establish and continuously optimize warehouse operation processes, and document them as standard SOPs; ensure the achievement of operational targets;

2. Optimize operations through warehouse layout, process optimization, and workforce structure to improve warehouse utilization and operational efficiency, achieving cost reduction and efficiency improvement goals;

3. Familiar with on-site warehouse operations, strong operational capabilities and supply chain S&OP management capabilities, and able to drive planning accuracy;

4. Experience in reverse logistics management and some transportation management experience is preferred.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of warehouse operation experience, with relevant warehousing and logistics management experience;

2. Familiar with the use of WMS systems in the industry and proficient in process design;

3. Strong project management skills, having independently led projects, with a deep understanding and relevant experience in project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and completion;

4. Strong ability to anticipate warehouse operation risks and a strong sense of responsibility; able to withstand high work pressure; strong coordination and management skills;

5. Strong data analysis and data operation capabilities. Proficient in Chinese.
