RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support logistics preparation activities required for cell manufacturing ramp-up, including warehouse readiness and material handling setup
- Assist in establishing and stabilizing logistics processes for raw material storage, handling, and inventory management during the production ramp-up phase
- Monitor inbound logistics activities and ensure timely receipt and system registration of raw materials.
- Manage raw material inventory through SAP and ensure alignment with physical inventory across internal and external warehouses
- Monitor inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies between system and physical stock
- Manage FIFO operations by reviewing aging reports, GR dates, and material classification dates
- Coordinate with 3PL providers to ensure accurate receiving, storage, cycle counting, and inventory handling
- Maintain logistics master data related to raw materials and warehouse operations
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and report potential supply risks
- Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status and logistics operations
- Support weekly and monthly operational reporting and meetings
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Business Management or related fields
- At least 5 years of warehouse management related experience
- Strong knowledge of logistics, internal and external warehouse
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast pace, professional, team environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately for project schedules and other deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in manufacturing industries, especially in renewable energy
- Proficiency in Korean and English, both spoken and written
- Excellent computer literacy with an advanced knowledge in SAP and Microsoft office
- Knowledge of SCM and logistics
- Experience in high-volume and multi-site distribution with understanding of
