Description
Provide program operations support, planning and project management for UNE Online College of Professional Studies (CPS) credit and non-credit programs and courses. Work with CPS program directors, academic and business operations team, faculty, colleagues and campus departments. Provide program operations management in support of existing programs as well as the development of new educational offerings.
This position establishes program planning timelines, determines and schedules internal and external resources, identifies academic and business operations needs associated with credit and non-credit programs. Oversee logistical coordination, program delivery, information flow and support services. Leads project management for teams for specific curricular initiatives working closely with the academic programs, program & business development teams to establish project scope, budget, and timeline. Adhere to standards and protocols to ensure consistent quality in online courses.

Responsibilities
Program Operations
  • Identify operational needs of existing and new CPS programs/courses.
  • Develop and manage planning timelines, determining, and scheduling internal and external resources, coordinate and document program development implementation and evaluation processes.
  • Oversee program operations including project management, logistical coordination, program delivery, information flow, course assessment, and support services.
  • Manage internal and external educational, marketing, and administrative resources.
  • Work with academic programs, program and business development team to identify new audiences and partnerships.

Program and Course Support
  • Work with academic program teams to ensure high quality online learning experiences.
  • Responsible for faculty/instructor engagement within the learning management system to facilitate faculty/student interaction.
  • Develop and implement ongoing faculty and college-wide communication plan to ensure high quality student experience.
  • Identify and organize the delivery of administrative support needs associated with program development, instructional design, and enrollment.
  • Adhere to standards and protocols to meet accreditation requirements and monitor learning outcomes.
  • Manage faculty recruitment and contracting, salary distribution, faculty assignments, alignment of instructional resources, monitor faculty engagement, and support faculty throughout the teaching and learning experience.
  • Serve as an administrative liaison to college and university wide educational resources.
  • Manage course evaluation process including reporting, analysis, and distributing quarterly outcomes.
  • Recommend operational and administrative changes associated with college-wide processes and procedures.

Enrollment Management
  • Analyze and track enrollment recruitment to enrollment pipeline anticipating curricular offerings, instructional resources, and timelines.
  • Create and distribute enrollment reports that inform course development, marketing strategy, and faculty recruitment.
  • Leads the enrollment management process including course demand, enrollment capacity, and student progression within programs.
  • Collect and analyze other course related metrics including student recruitment, retention, and outcomes.
  • Provide student and enrollment data in accordance with accreditation standards.

Business Operations
  • Manage the instructor and vendor contracting process including the collection of confidential and regulated information.
  • Develop and administer tracking and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate contracts.
  • Process all new hire paperwork and contracts for adjunct faculty, subject matter experts, and external resources.
  • Develop and distribute reports associated with operational and administrative support services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and two to four years related experience to include working with professionals in academic program planning and administration in higher education setting required.
  • Effective project management and written, oral and interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Attention to detail required.
  • Experience with online learning technology and learning management systems (e.g. Brightspace); web tools and sales practices using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) required.
  • Competency with data reporting, budgeting, project management tools, and general software required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment required.
