The Operations Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for the daily operations and growth of a developing RECO branch. This position oversees all branch functions, including parts, service, logistics, and administrative operations, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in managing multiple responsibilities directly, maintaining workflow across departments, and ensuring the branch operates smoothly, profitably, and in alignment with RECO’s standards.

Requirements:
  • Experience & Background
  • 3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or department management preferred
  • Background in heavy equipment, parts, service, or logistics strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a small, team-oriented environment
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and customer service skills
  • Professional, solution-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience dispatching technicians and coordinating service operations preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer systems (experience with NEXT or similar systems a plus)
  • Ability to manage inventory, process invoices, and support basic accounting functions
  • Operational & Leadership Abilities
  • Ability to oversee daily branch operations, including parts and service coordination
  • Experience handling customer escalations and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Ability to monitor KPIs, control costs, and support profitability
  • Commitment to safety compliance and company policies
  • Leadership skills with the ability to coach, train, and maintain accountability

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable under company policy
