Job description

For over 20 years, Living Innovations has helped individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) live fulfilling lives at home and in their communities. We know that exceptional care comes from strong, well-supported teams. We are seeking a reliable Lead Children's Services Coordinator to help manage assigned youth programs, guide our frontline staff, and fiercely advocate for the resources the families we serve deserve.
This role is a dynamic mix of heart and hard work. Working hand-in-hand with our Program Managers, you will help drive program operations and administrative functions while keeping a hands-on connection to direct service by managing a dedicated caseload of children.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff members, partner with the Program Manager to mentor Coordinators and Behavioral Health Professionals (BHPs), and coordinate onboarding and training tracking.
  • Oversee care and services for a caseload of, develop individualized service plans, conduct regular home and field visits, and advocate for essential community resources.
  • Help manage daily program logistics, including staff scheduling, billing review, payroll approvals, and supporting the new hire onboarding process.
  • Ensure all operations meet state regulations and company standards, handle incident reports, review documentation for accuracy, and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Respond promptly to urgent situations to support field staff and participate in the required on-call rotation.

  • Certifications will vary per state regulation and program needs.
