About this Role

Mercer Technical Services (MTS), a Quanta Services company, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to support material handling, loading/unloading, inventory movement, and warehouse operations for infrastructure logistics projects. This role is responsible for safely operating warehouse equipment and assisting with daily warehouse activities to support project and transportation operations.

This is a hands-on position in an active warehouse environment supporting large-scale infrastructure and logistics operations.

What You'll Do
  • Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment within warehouse and yard environments
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist with receiving shipments, inventory counts, and material tracking activities
  • Prepare materials and equipment for shipment and project mobilization
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory verification activities
  • Inspect materials and equipment for damage or discrepancies during handling
  • Support warehouse and logistics teams with additional operational needs as required
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior warehouse, material handling, or equipment operation experience preferred
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment preferred
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials safely
  • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in varying conditions
