How you create impact

The Control Tower Team Supervisor leads the Project Logistics Operations and Customer Service teams throughout the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for driving exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and profitability across strategic projects. The Supervisor oversees a team of Specialists,ensuring they deliver consistent Customer Excellence, accurate Pricing, and strong Revenue Care for all orders and shipments.This position requires strong financial acumen to identify revenue opportunities and proactively mitigate P&L risks. At times, the Supervisor will personally guide and oversee complex or highimpact project shipments. In regions where multiple team leaders are required, the Supervisor will also provide leadership and direction to those team leaders, ensuring cohesive performance and optimal results across the full team.

  • Ensure the team consistently delivers the highest level of customer service quality.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain appropriate staffing levels aligned with business and financial requirements.
  • Successfully onboard new business by meeting client requirements while achieving profitability.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry across all required systems (e.g., OGS, Salog, Acon, Incident App).
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain customer KPIs to ensure performance standards are met.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities based on customer needs and global Project Logistics initiatives.
  • Provide onsite management as required for project execution.
  • Prepare and provide projectspecific rates and pricing.
  • Execute business activities in alignment with approved pricing and rate structures.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure adherence to vendor assessment and approval processes.
  • Collaborate closely with Chartering and Transport Engineering teams to support project requirements.
  • Build, manage, and support a highperforming, independent team.
  • Proactively resolve client issues, challenges, and escalations.
  • Manage Project Logistics cost performance, financial reporting, and required allocations.
  • Establish minimum profitability margins and monitor financial performance to ensure targets are met.
  • Support customer retention through strong relationship building and consistent service excellence.
  • Drive customer engagement initiatives to strengthen longterm partnerships.
What we would like you to bring
  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding project logistics.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, motivate, and support a team.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities, including handling escalations.
  • Solid financial awareness, including cost control and margin management.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
