About the Role

Newviews is looking for a Project Manager to keep our creative and production work moving on time, on budget, and on brand. You'll be the connective tissue between strategy, creative, and production teams — making sure great ideas actually cross the finish line.

Responsibilities

  • Own project timelines from kickoff to delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns/shoots
  • Build and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate between creative, production, and client-facing teams
  • Track deliverables, flag risks early, and keep stakeholders informed
  • Manage contractor/freelancer scheduling alongside internal team capacity
  • Run status meetings, maintain project docs, and own the source of truth for timelines
  • Support onsite production logistics when needed (call sheets, schedules, vendor coordination)

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of project management experience, ideally in an agency, production, or creative environment
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects at once
  • Clear communicator who can translate between creative and operational priorities

Compensation
